A note about trying new skincare products:

We are all unique beings with different biochemistries and skin types. The Blendily team would love to hear from you so we can figure out how to improve your experience with our products. However, it’s important to know that when transitioning to new skin-care products (especially if you’re moving away from synthetic ingredients) there can be an adjustment period of about 28 days. Once your skin has become really familiar with the new product, you will have a better sense of whether or not it is right for you. So, we recommend giving all of our skincare items that 28 day test-period to get a clear picture of how it resonates with your unique biochemistry.

 

How to return a product:

Customer happiness is always our number one priority. If you don’t absolutely love one of our products, don’t hesitate to get in touch with us at hello@blendily.com. Please include your order number and the product you wish to return. 

 

How to exchange a product:

If you decide to exchange your purchase for another item, we will cover the shipping cost of the second shipment. Contact us at hello@blendily.com. Please include your order number and the product you wish to exchange and the product you would like receive in its place.
